help me Is It Possible To Work From India Being On Usa Payroll Without H1?

Idhi, oka hypothetical question, Please advice if below is possible.

1. Na H1b 6 years over and PERM got denied. My manager is willing for me to work from India for One year and then
come back on H1b.

so, Can we work for US company(there is no branch in India, I will have to work from Home) without H1 but still
be on the USA payroll and paying taxes in USA.

naaku telisi pani cheyvachu even if I do not have H1b. manaki H1b/i94 only usa lo work kosam aye kavali.

Anyone done this or have seen cases where this possible or not possible.


again, idhi okay hypothetical situation, probably my manager will not agree but I just want to know the possibilities of this and if there are any legal issues, that would not allow this....

no u cannot work without 1-797 (work authorization) approval, so EAD and GC guys do it but only for few months.

No not possible. If the company has branch in India you can transfer there and work but paid in India, not through US payroll. Basically your payroll in U.S. is only good as long as you have work authorization.
Other option is to apply for O1 visa for extraordinary individuals and work in U.S. O1 has different standards than h1 and has no cap but has high requirements.
