2013 lo okadu vachadu bhayya ma friend valla room ki toronto lo.. He worked from here.. He applied for usa visit visa and he used to visit his office to attend meetings.. But he didnt get paid for that one yr.. Valla employer collect chestunde.. Ee babu ki cash istunde..

from what i know there is only one way to do it legally.  Foreign "employee" would form his own company (LLC, sole proprietorship) in the country of residence and taxes/compliance were their headache.  me employer ne company ki pay chestadu you have to deal with taxes in india. better contact indian attorney.

Yes, you have pay taxes in india and us but india and us dual tax treaty edho undhi, so you may not pay full tax in india...check with cpa.

so as per that Murthy response looks like it is legal which is a great relief for me.
