After Baahubali, Prabhas was in the news that he was the most paid actor in Tollywood but now the latest buzz is that Mahesh crossed all the top heros remuneration in the year 2015. Young Rebel star Prabhas until Bahubali happened, was never in comparison with super star Mahesh Babu about remuneration. But for ‘Baahubali’, he has taken record remuneration and suddenly became the star of the nation. Here is what these two have got from their respective big hit films ‘Baahubali and ‘Srimanthudu’. Mahesh Babu and Prabhas Remuneration As per the reports Prabhas remuneration for Bahubali was Rs 24 crores and Mahesh Babu remuneration for Srimanthudu was around Rs 25 crores and he got more remuneration than Prabhas. Earlier both the actors Prabhas and Mahesh used to charge around Rs 10-12 crores per movie and there was a buzz that Prabhas remuneration for Mirchi was around Rs 10 crores. Now Mahesh is the first person in Tollywood to take more remuneration. Even Pawan Kalyan remuneration is also less compare to Mahesh Babu. Few Points About Prabhas’s Baahubali vs Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu: 1. While Baahubali got nationwide acclaim and recognition, Mahesh satisfied his fans and came back strongly after two disasters. 2. While Prbhas earned Rs 24 Crore, Mahesh pocketed Rs 25 Crore as apart from remuneration, he also got share in profits as co-producer 3. Prabhas has gone through physical and mental struggle but Mahesh has done it in his own style 4. If the credit of Baahubali went entirely to Rajamouli, success credit of Srimanthudu is in Mahesh’s pocket 5. Records wise, Prabhas will stay at top for at least five years from now but Mahesh’s Srimanthudu records are in danger with many movies like ‘Sardaar’ and ‘Ma Nannaku Prematho’ lined up. Mahesh Babu fans are quite happy with this news and Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Prabhas fans not able to digest this news!! Who knows After Sardaar Pawan might be in first place!!!
