question Mestri Ela Pay Cheyaachu After Lca Min Balance Amount.

Hello DBians,

 

How can the Employer pay the excess/balance money after LCA min to employee? Need some tips and ideas.

 

For every penny of payment from Business Account of the employer, has to show it was an expense apart from Payroll amounts.

 

So suggest new ways to get the balance of LCA amount in Cash in amrika and Bharath desam.
