Premium i140 is 15 clanedar days. If its not premuin, then 2 to 3 months average. You can make it premuim unless the USCIS denied the premuim process and asked to be submitted under normal. (sometimes this can happen).

 

What was the RFE about? share more details for relevant advise from DB peddalu.

RFE ento inka teleedu...just online lo ivvale update ayyindhi. naa question enni days time istaru to send rfe response . And mine is general processing not premium.

the RFE notice will have the time mentioned for the response from EMployer or Attorney. Normallly it will be 3 months on avarage.

 

Also, you can make it premium while responding ....the advantage for premuim...just 15 days tension instead of 3 moths of tension on the result. $1225 is the charge.
