GC is a Future Employment based thing. Any mestri can start. You Can join Old mestri anytime i.e. beofre GC procesing, or after PERM applying or Perm DOne or I140 Apply or approved. You will transfer H1b to old mestri again to join him. 2) paatha mestri gaadi tho start cheste vaadi kinda nenu chesna experience count avthada .. if not naaku 5 yrs progressive exp raadu and Eb3 lo cheyyadam istam ledhu Yes, Any experience before your PD/Perm date will be counted, it will be considered as progressive. The timing of ur exp in resume will be 1st Old mestri experince, 2nd will be current employer Exp. 3) vaadi experience count kaadu anukunte , i will talk to my wifes employer and proceed . entha karchu avthadi labour ki .. paatha emp gfaadu naku 3k echaedundi daani badalu edhi chesta antundu .. PERM cost will vary based the state Employer is located, the main reason is the paper ad in Leading news paper...New york, Boston ads cost about 2K to 3k, Midwest and Southern states can be 1 to 2K. This cost can be reduced if there are muliple candidates for a Mestri and the cost will be split. And then Attorney fees are around 2 to 3K. So, avarage 4K to 6K expenses till I140.

bussuboy Posted August 13, 2015 Report Posted August 13, 2015 Yes Mestri ki Loss if he sponsors the GC. If you pay for the GC (under the table, as mestri should pay for Perm is rule) then no Money Loss for mestri....but Opputunity loss for mestri as he could have spent his time and energy for a candiadte that will work for him. So, if mestri thinks you will not work for him in the future, then he might cancel the i140 too...so it will be your time and money waste if you dont work for him. So talk to him, be clear and then ask him to start GC. thanks baiyya .. perm and 140 approve iyyaka nenu vaadi kinda join kaakunte vaadikemanna loss vastunda .. last saari jump inappudae pedda scene chesaadu ..full loss ani 3 k pattukunnadu :(
