nuvvu cheppindi correct but i dont see any competition with h4 eads...50% h4 housewifes  who is  busy taking care of kids(marriage ayyi 10 Plus yrs..husband came here on H1 in last 5 yrs kind of peole) so they are not intrested in working any more at this age 30 Plus...20% are really not sure whether they can work due to differnet issues like 5-6 yr gap after marriage..they need to start learning new things in IT...and 20% who decided to get into  non IT jobs are not good in communication so non IT jobs are a dream for them..if they are lucky 5% might get it even if they got jobs it dont have any effect on IT sector...rest of 10% newly married energetic and entusistaic are the one looking for IT jobs(who had exp in india or did masters degree on H4 or converetd form F1- to H4)..so i dont think h4 EAD is a competition...this is true if not check with any of your friends or collegues who got H4 EAD for their wives..
