Salahalu..suggestions!! try full time in her own background.... if she can be on h4 ead.... will get jobs... if u say to employers that sponsorship is not needed. that will be less pressure and more interest in job...

Someone hit the nail right on the head. major concern ochesi she would be shuffling between family and job. So, I do not want to put a lot of pressure on her.
