athletics Posted August 14, 2015 Report Posted August 14, 2015 Ne yenkamma fulltime gurunchi mana telugu vallu ado goppa ani feel avutunaruga naku billink 70$ vastundi chetiki midwest lo 3 yrs nunchi okate job no change pellilo ade dialog , db lo ade dialog vachhi .... bootulu control chesukuntunna no offense..nothing to do with you or anyone, I sometime regret based on my own experince and keep telling this to eveyone based on my experince enko 10 years panichesina nee billing ante untadi..kani fulltime salaries appreciate ayitayi secondly, neeku promotions or growth prospects undavu, you will remain contractor even after 10 years, if you want to grow vertically in an organisation fulltime is the best route lastly, you are loosing heavly on the benefits that come with fulltime like 401k etc, nenu consulting chesina 9years naku $0 401k, last 4 years lo nanu 401k lo 110k padindi (15k nenu contribute cheste ma employer 10k estunnadu and that money is invested back into long term growth mutual funds which appreciate over time), if your family is growing then health insurance will only eat into your income. IMO consulting is good for the intial 3-5 years and long term fulltime is more fetching.
