lovable Posted August 17, 2015 Report Posted August 17, 2015 My h1 got picked this year and I am still waiting for rfe/approved status.. Meanwhile, my passport is getting expired in April 2016. If I go for stamping in October, then there will be no issues, but if it is after Oct, then there will be only 5 months and I am not sure if I can go for stamping. Experts please help

Dippam Posted August 17, 2015 Report Posted August 17, 2015 on same topic, naa h1 just got extended for 3 years. passport expires in Nov 2016. Now if i go for stamping I will get it for 3 years but my I94 will be given until Nov 2016 right? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Please correct me if I am wrong. yes i94 passport expiry date varake istaru while returning to us POE daggara vadu stamp esedi and i94 ichedi PP exp date varake if pp expiring before visa date. so mee PP lu visas kanna munde expire ayithe it's better to renew PP first before stamping and also travel.
