wololo Posted August 18, 2015 Report Posted August 18, 2015 WATW people want to safeguard H1 and L1, zero offshoring etc. OPT extension is a threat to H1 (essentially low wages and job vulturing) according to them and so found a loophole in the ordinance issual. Hence the lawsuit
