@Roscoe00 @Anthony La Fleur There is a difference between immigrants that illegally enter the country and H-1B's.  Typically H-1B's come from educated financially stable families. Additionally it is actually really hard to come in on an H-1B.  The tech companies are lobbying for these visas because they are having trouble obtaining enough to fill positions.  You can't group all immigrants into the same pool because they are not the same.
