Dec 2013 lo project change ayya.... SAME CLIENT but california State . Job start ayyemundu LCA file chesa, But no Ammendment. After that, I visited India 2 times and no issues. So, Ippudu ochina kotha rules prakaram, Should I file Amendment compulsory ? 1. One of my friend's employer said that if you transferred before April 2015, you dont need that (I transferred in Dec 2013) 2. My Employer is saying, we should file it compulsory. Please suggest me....
