Before marriage they carry parents side last name in all of their credentials including pass port. When we renewal the pass port, Do we need to apply with old last name or spouse side last name?

This change has to be on Indian Passport.....apply with Marriage cert..for a new passport with name change after marriage.

Thats the offical doc for name/identity.
