. they don't come homes for two three days.. And. Bank employees don't have work from home options.

indian banks have regulations to meet when withdrawing more than 10 lakhs of cash , it takes two to three days. It has nothing to do with bank.

 

so most of them keep pile of cash at hom when it comes to negotiations etc..
