Lok Satta chief Jayaprakash Narayan said that both AP state government and the Centre are delaying the issue of Special Status. As the divided state has deficit budget, so to overcome the deficit budget, Special Status is must, Jayaprakash Narayan said. Lok Satta Chief further said that apart from Special Status, there is need to put emphasis on the development of education and health fields.
