If you bought an iPhone 6 Plus between September 2014 and January 2015, you could be eligible to get your back camera replaced.

According to a new support page on Apple’s website, certain handsets that were sold during this time had rear cameras that with a potentially faulty component, causing photos to come out blurry. Apple is offering a free rear camera replacement on any affected iPhone 6 Plus with an eligible serial number at any Apple store or authorized service provider. The iSight Camera Replacement Program will cover iPhone 6 Plus cameras for three years after the first retail sale of the unit. You can find out if your phone is eligible be entering its serial number here.
