1. Even after Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu's over one hour long meeting with PM Modi took place, there doesn't seem to be any clarity on the Special Status to the state. Instead, it is observed that the issue is being dragged on for some more time. The meeting that took place in the presence of important state and central officials including PM Modi, CM Chandrababu and key ministers, could not be able to give clear conclusion. Instead, the problems have been assigned to Deputy Chairman of NITI Ayog Dr Arvind Panagariya to look into the matter.
