I have some appreciation certificates from previous client. avi pampacha? or previous client ninchi recommendation letter lantidi emayina pampala? Pls help me guys!!!! RFE: Even though no experience was required in addition to a Master's degree the ETA specifies specific skills that were required, namely "ability to design manufacturing processes using SAP MM. Work with enterprise structure and knowledge in supply chain management." Does candidate have documentation to demonstrate the above skills? A letter from a prior employer would work best. Please let me know ---Attorney.

Yeah I worked with another employer (not client) basic ga..took training there OPT lo undaga and ippudu unna employer ki jump kottanu... Previous employer dagara only 4 months unna anthe.

Though it says from a prior employer, Ideally this should be from previous employer. Client is not imp here. Talk to you atty/employer...any Cert. from SAP or any other training institiute before you started the SAP MM job can also be used. Talk to previous emplpoyer...(request him or pay him) to provide a letter mentioning about your SAP MM skills.
