uncertainity Posted August 26, 2015 Report Posted August 26, 2015 ante etla dorutadi fulltime tarwata Starting of career -- >" Knowledge thirsty" Do Contract; Contracting chesthe u will see several systems architectures clients and u will gain knowledge...and some saving for marriage Mid career-->" Pilla+Job settle thirsty " Find FT interview and apply for FT with references and Linked in or company authentic recruiters, Find FT and settle with marriage Career+after wedding life --> "No tension thirsty" Married +job =resposnibilites * infinity ..so settle in FT but grow there for sometime untill u get GC
loveindia Posted August 26, 2015 Report Posted August 26, 2015 Contracting ki fulltime em difference undadu man except that you can earn extra in the form benefits from fte... Contracting lo aitey ot and some tech tappa no fixed income like issues... but layoff concept undadu man..

Contracting lo vunna few close frnds.. better earn chesthunanru with same effort.. I'm in a position to work hard and take risks kuda.. it depends bro.... short term projects vasthu.... each time if u need to relocate to different city/state... then aa vachina extra money antha ..karchu iyyipothundi ga...

Sreemanthudu Posted August 26, 2015 Report Posted August 26, 2015 yeah ayindi bro it depends on the time frame bro... if ur new employer is going to start the Perm process immediately, then it doesn't matter even if ur old employer revokes... u can still have the same old PD. but if new employer is going to start the perm itself after 1 yr or so ... then kastam...
