narajeevan Posted August 26, 2015 Report Posted August 26, 2015 Last/Current stamping with Same employer Stamping done in same location Visa expired less than year..if you meet this criteria then you are good to go with waiver programme They will take 2 photos/i797b xerox/dropbox confirmation page 3 days u can collect passport ( if no issue), if they see any gaps they will ask for you to schedule interview I did it in Hyd last couple of days. it is smooth and good

narajeevan Posted August 26, 2015 Report Posted August 26, 2015 Same employer Last time stamping in chennai Now hyd dropbox lo veyocha No issue if you done in India I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which i wish to apply My most recent visa was issued in India I received my visa after January 1, 2008 My most recent visa (in the same class for which I am applying) was issued on or after my 14th birthday I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance If I am applying for an H or L (individual) visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months.

No finger prints appointment. you will have only one appoitnment for dropbox (No specific date..1 year valid) where you will give your documents (OFC center) any day between 9 to 4 DS160 xerox copy/2 photos/dropbox confirmation page ( they will not take no other document from even if you ready to provide also..they will say it is enough)

Your last visa should be valid or expired within last 12 months and should be issued in India after 2008
