OPT end date ki H1 start ki madya enni months undochu cap gap pina?  suppose first OPT April lo ayipothe ( assume opt extension is not there) , and April 1st ki H1 file chesam anukondi,  May to October 1st  ( 5 months) status enti?  Cap Gap enni months use chesukovachu, experts suggest please. ante April lo H1 apply cheyse time ki ... also be ready with summer admission in Univ... so h1 pick avvakapothe u can start going to school...

some times even attorney might ask u to leave to india and come back.
