IBM started this concept some time back ... basic gaa connected city with differernt services and provide better infra and other necessities... lot of technology and big data analytics also play key rol apart from roads and other infra 

 

 

simple example : if there are no rains for next 5 , how  city can plan existing resources to minimize the impact  or oka kotha residential layout plan chesthuntee , related services and planning antha analytics cheyachu ala ani gopi mama chepadu
