Also this can't and won't be implemented no matter what this clown says because it's a violation of a fundamental American right to privacy. There are certain laws you are entitled to as a person no matter what your status is just by being on US soil, and the right to privacy is one of them. This clown can't come and rewrite the constitution. At best, he's pandering to some right wing rednecks and nothing else.
