I have court hearing date coming in 2 weeks for going my credit to collections.

 

Court la em matladali..does judge speaks only to lawer or to me also ..does i have to answer lawyer or judge ?

 

Any special instructions to follow in the court ?

Collections vadu direct ga court lo vesi judgement techukunnadu to cease my bank accounts and deduct money..i put counter petetion for that through lawer and hearing date in 2 weeks

any calls they made to ur number/ postal mail..

probably they shuld have sent to wrong address which is showing in my report..i didnt receive any of it and i nvr lived there..no calls to me as my number is new and not known to anyone.

dont talk anything unless your lawyer asks u to .... mostly nuv maatladedi em undadu , unless very serious offence aithe thappa ...
