Don't worry,I know few salesforce developers,we work at the same place,those guys does the same work daily in n out and they quote" if they are given a different hypothetical situations in an interview to solve they might fail" that's wt they said and each of them got atleast 4 urs of exp in their hands.it all depends I think .they got no scope to improve they skill,never can explore new things working with a huge client with many in a team.
