Most asian/gulf countries do not need transit visa if you are traveling to your home country (and not exiting airport) If you still think if you face any problem for not having unexpired US visa..take a non-stop direct flight from JFK to BOM

If it is NOT on passport,what you are holding is just approval of your visa petition and it is NOT a visa I think Your petition has been approved ,you need to attend interview in consulate to get visa stamped Check and confirm your travel agent or airlines Check on your petition ..It says " This is NOT A VISA....."

You have expired visa ,but authorization to stay in USA .. Check with your airline and get authentic info/clarification in your case ,you need to travel avoiding European stopover/transit flights
