to give receipt number for every H1 application they received. 

Not jus the applications that they picked in lottery.

 

This will avoid the employer fraud. some employers are saying tht they filed but they actually didnt..and sayin tht it didnt get picked in lottery.

If they give receipt number for every application, it atleast verifies that employer has really filed for the employees H1 petition

Ask,, if they can give an approved list of Schools for International Students in the fields of STEM..

which has all sorts of accrediation required for a student to file H1 in masters quota.

 

it will help to curb the f1 visa fraud and student trafficking on a false promise
