One that is perceived as bad but doesn't harm anyone in the society like drinking, gambling ...ela multiple marriages...dhani valla pakkanodiki nastam emi undadhu...and that is their personal lives.....pakkondu adhi bad anukunte adhi vaadi physcholocial problem anukodam... second kind of bad..like theft, killings, scams, bothering others in different ways and etc. these are harmful...and real bad. You decide where he stands and you stand.
