Background Check For Full Time By Verification Inc

i got offer from MNC and they requested all my employment history and education information also personal information for criminal back ground check in india .  No issues with Criminal and education history but the problem is with employment history.

 

i have worked for three MNC companies and i do have relieve letter from two companies but not the last job. I came to USA and moved out of job without giving notice period. Now Verification Inc (3rd party) asking for relieve letter. I told them that i do not have the letter and i'm yet to collect from HR. 3rd party informed me that they will check with previous employer HR . In addition to this , they have collected my supervisor information and but no calls were made so far and the investigation is pending from past two days...

 

Is this is going to cost the offer??? Please share your experience

but HR will give negative feedback because i moved out without serving notice period. As per company policy it is absconding and their recommendation is not to rehire again. Full and final settlement is pending too

90% problem undadhu man. Background check lo..vaallu adigie quitestion okate..did he work for you ani. some companies will ask ..something like ..did he work from this date to this date. not providing the notice and etc are different things. And if the HR doesn't provide honest and factual information you can proceed legally against them. So they only give factual info.
