Will he be eligible to apply H1 in masters quota? I recently heard a condition as non profit Vs Profit universities. IF it is first masters here in USA and if it is profit university then they are not eligible. Is that true? Gurus help please

Gurus help please yes It should be Non-profit/public organization ayyi vundali to be eligible for H1B masters cap as well as Accredited.
