This is my interpretation correct me if am wrong visa bulletin ippudu pd date is 2006 something undhi antey aa date kanna mundhu PD lu andharu eligible to apply I-485 AOS, going forward adhey bulletin lo there will be another date saying cutoff date that will specify a date for ex Sept 2013. Eb2 india PD - Mar 2006 --- march 2006 mundhu pd lu andhariki gc lu isthaadu EB2 india cutoff date - Sep 2013---- Sep 2013 kanna pd mundhu unnollu andhariki EAD/AP mathramey isthaadu and they have to wait for 1st date to get GC. so 2nd cutoff date eppudu aney dhaaniki vallu already konni clues ichaaru but adhi finalize avuthundho ledho no idea, their plan is like i-140 approve ayyaka after 1 yr varaku adhey employer tho undaali.. dhanni mundhu PERM avg enni months statistics vaadi daggara untaayi so aa rendu add chesukuni may be he will say cut off date will 2 and half yrs before today.

ronitreddy Posted September 4, 2015 Report Posted September 4, 2015 From now there will be two cutoff dates approval cutoffdate(existing one) and acceptance cutoffdate(new one).For suppose approval cutoff date is 2010 jan acceptance cutoff date will be 2013 jan or something like that.Same like approval cutoffdates acceptance dates move.Once your pd reaches acceptance cut off you can file for status adjustment and avail all ead facilities so indirectly you will be given ead something like that.idhi naaku ardham ayndhi thappu unte kshaminchandi ardame thappu aithe appudu ?
