A psycho has been creating hulchal with his crime activities in the West Godavari district for the last few days. The psycho has been attacking the walkers, students by means of syringes. Some of the people have become victim to it and receiving the treatments in the hospitals. The police, who has begun extensive manhunt is yet to nab him. However, a recent CCTV footage has surfaced in which psycho can be seen driving a bike and hiding his face at Tanuku in West Godavari district. The police has reportedly speeded up the move
