Chandrababu Naidu had no moral right to offer condolences to the people who died in the stampede at Pushkara Ghat on July 14, as he was mainly responsible for the tragedy, former Amalapuram MP G.V. Harsha Kumar, said here on Monday. Meanwhile, former MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar on Monday sought to know why the State government was not taking action against officials who were responsible for stampede at the Pushkara Ghat here on July 14, which claimed 29 lives. Addressing media persons in Rajahmundry, he said: “I want to ask the government why it had not ordered a judicial probe into the incident?” He alleged that Chief Minister was more interested in getting the event covered by the National Geographic Channel, and had spent over two hours at the ghat, which eventually led to the stampede. “The Chief Minister only wants publicity and is not bothered about the common man.” Idhe nenu mothukunedi kuda.. inni inciedents jarigina.. not a single person has been held responsible... hats off to undavalli Arun kumar .. atleast he has the guts to question the govt openly
