Union Civil Aviation Minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju while addressing at District Electricity Committee in Srikakulam on Sunday said that Constitutional amendment is necessary to establish Visakhapatnam railway zone.The minister has made satirical comments on previous goverment and said that ambiguity in provisions of AP State Reorganisation Act-2014 created many problems for the state.
It is to be mentioned here that Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu and Visakha MP K Haribabu said that new railway zone would be established in the city soon
