Film Industry In Andhra Pradesh

Hello friends,

 

As of today amongst the 5 south indian states, Andhra Pradesh is the only state without a film industry presence(barring some negligible presence in Vizag). Do you guys see this changing in the future: any film studios, or film making facilities like processing studios etc. Will Andhra Pradesh have a film industry of it's own some day, maybe in Vijayawada or Vizag or maybe even Tirupati

Not much to admit buddy. It's a open fact. In fact Mr.ANR went and built a film studio in the middle of nowhere. But that can't be a reason for not having a local film industry. Just like movies there are many other areas where people from Andhra have set up good establishments in Hyderabad, doesnt mean the same wont be done in Andhra .can't live in the past forever. a decade from now, if someone from Andhra wants to get into the film industry, asking them to go to Hyderabad kinda sounds weird. Not that there is anything wrong with it. Just wanted to get some opinions. No offence intended to anyone here
