This is a pro employee petition which helps people who got their 140 to obtain EAD and also give opportunity for 140 portability..you might not be a 140 applicant as of now but in future you will be..so don't hesitate and sign in this petition..we need 75k by sep 26th..please help to get this petition reach required signatures..

Question : Did you guys look at the latest news about revised bulletin process , New category is being introduced probably next fiscal year which is OCT 2015 , which will allow people to pre-register . see the link 

 

From my understanding we don't need 140 approval if this becomes a rule , if your date is listed in Preregistration we don't 140 approval. with Labor approval we will be able to file AOS.

 

can anyone confirm my thoughts here ? If all the my assumption true we don't need sign the petition .
