They Dont Clear until the GC date is current for these Applications, they just receive and keep in pending Status, but good thing entante, once you apply I-485 from Oct 1st(as per the Visa Bulletin) after 6 months you can apply for EAD, AP. and you also can change Employer.

 

So there will be some movement in the application acceptance Date. to see 2013 dates we may have to wait for 1 Year.
