1st time H1 stamping in Vancouver

Epudu h1 transferred to new client with new expiration date.

Before transfer h1 expire date 2017 August
After h1 transfer h1 expire date 2018 August

Malli stamping ki velala????

if you go between, 2017 august and 2018 august, then you need to go for stamping

 

ni passport lo visa expiry date valid unnantha varaku, same status lo undi...employer change aina, no issues....u can go out of country and come back

No need to go for stamping even though you change your employer as long as your stamp on passport is valid

I guess nee Visa Stamping till August 2017. But new 797 is valid till Aug 2018.

Aug 2017 daaka no stamping needed. 

Aug 17 - Aug 18 madhyalo India velthe stamping undali. 

 

Stamping expire ayye lopu India velli ra. Vachaka extension file chesi, aa tarvata malla stamping ki go.
