mohanbambu Posted September 9, 2015 Report Posted September 9, 2015 Bros, Will the new cutoff dates also issue the Advance parole too? so no stamping when u go to India? or just the EAD? If we get just EAD without Advance Parole, can we jump companies? with out problem of reapplying from scratch?

mohanbambu Posted September 9, 2015 Author Report Posted September 9, 2015 Bros, I485 is the actual green card application, I think we have to wait for I485, as our original priority date is not current. With this new Cut off date, I think they would allow to apply for for EAD(I-765) and Advance Parole(I-131). If they allow both EAD and AP, it would be lot helpful for us. We can jump companies without reapplying from scratch. Please find out and let us know more about it.
