College Station (nice weather, dont know funding, go for it) 3. UNC ( course work is tough, keep it as a choice) 4. Suny Buffalo (Weather very harsh..unless u get funding dont go) also u can try for UIC urbana Champagne, Yale/Brown, UPenn etc
