i have a question

 

suppose now i have H1b valid, ead and ap 

 

every thing is in valid from employer A , after 6th year (supose 7 year) 

 

 

now i want to change employer B on 7 th year, 

 

how that process will go  ?  if i need to make sure all the status valid, h1b transfer do i need to start perm and i140 again

Ead, ap unte 485 filed. If you filed 485 more than 6 months ago, you simply transfer using ac 21 on ead. No refilling labor required

Doesn't matter if revoke happens, your ead will continue, and you just renew it.

Even employer revoke i140 after 180 days after you file i-485 and is still in pending then employer revoke has no effect and uscis will not take this into their decision making process
