these are called as ecommerce platforms ( google it u'll get tons of info abt it ) , ecommerce websites ni ground up nunchi build cheytam is a very tedious process , you can use websites like magento or shopify to make things simple for u

if not these platforms are an easier alternative , you can literally setup an ecommerce website in a couple of days using these platforms , but the downside is you have to pay for their services , and i think its better to pay them instead of going through all that hassle ....
