Ammendment file chesadu.. While it is process he is travelling India, TCS vadu premium cheyyadanta only regular. So, will there be any issue travlling with having stamped H1-B and ammendment in process.? ammendement reciept (797-C) thiskuni velthe saripothunda or should he wait till ammendement aprroval POE lo em questions untai ani asking..i am not very sure..seniors help..

rkm Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 Yes. Not advisable to travel. Should not travel while ur petition is under processing. My brother travelled when his H1 was processing, he got a query on this regards. later it got resolved though. but not advisable.

Thanks but H-1 processing appudu ante adi vere issue kada...because if you travel, you don't get 797-A instead you get 797-B (Denied Change of Status but H1 approved) anukunta...but in his case he has stamped H1 and he is not applying for change of status...anyway i incline towards "better Not to travel" suggestion but let's see inka evarina experts unte chuddam..

Nadhi same situation 6 months back.. but i went to india and wait chesa till it get approval,. but mine was premium process i was confident that i will get it in 1 week after my arrival in india.. me frnd case lo regular kabatti we never know when it will be approved

Actually it depends inka... I have heard few cases which were successful too. so mixed thoughts for on this... better take experts advise. Good luck!!
