Anyone From Vizag? Help This Women Meet Her Family In India

My name is Linda Delaune. I’m the Director of Nursing at Plaquemine Caring Center, in Plaquemine Louisiana. Kamaswari Jammalamadaka is a resident in our facility. I have been trying to obtain phone numbers for her family in India. I will give you her history so you can hopefully understand the problems we are having.
Kamiswari came to the United States in 1992 with her husband. They are now divorced. In 2003 Kamiswari was living in Lafayette, Louisiana. She was hit by a car and spent an extensive time in the hospital, she had numerous injuries. During this time the company she had housing with cleaned out her house and discarded everything she owned. This included identification, family phone numbers, Citizenship papers, Passport, to name a few.. I’m not sure of the time frame but she was sent to a psych facility due to depression and constant crying. Then she was sent to our sister facility in Port Allen, Louisiana. She came to our facility in April of 2014.
Since being at our facility Social Services and I have been able to replace most her identification,.
We have attempted to locate her family in India by contacting the consulate there. This was not successful.
She was able to provide the following information:
Pushpavathi is her sister.
Satyanaryana Rao Ganduri is her sister’s husband.
The apartment name where they live is Sri Mayuri Lakshmi Apartment in Madhura Nagar
The city is Visakhapatnam Pin # 530016
State is Andhra Praoesh in South India.
She remembers part of a phone number, 011-91-891
We have tried to find phone numbers but were unsuccessful
Kamiswari wants to go to India to see her family but we cannot place her on a plane without having someone to be there once she is in India. Her plan is to stay there one month then return to our facility for another two years then go back to India.
If you can provide a number that she could speak with someone would be helpful. If there is any way you can provide assistance we would be appreciative.
