Question Regarding Desi Middle Vendor

hello friends, 

 

  Has any one worked with this middle vendor (EZEN Computer Services, Inc) ? How are they in terms of the payment ?  this is in terms of chain Iam from employer A --> EZEN--> end client .These guys have stopped the payments from past 3 months ..They are not replying my emails or calls.

Man vendor pay aapesthe ur employer should take action legally on vendor, and employer should pay you as long as u worked and submitted approved time sheet. No matter whether vendor paid or not, it's employer's job to collect it, employee should not worried about whether vendor paying to employer or not.

Mee employer neeku dabbulu ivvanu ante DOL ki nee timesheets tho patu docs submit chey, u will get all your money back.

if you are still workig and has good terms with your manager .. then check with your manager that you have some issue with vendor and can't make progress on  your work untill issue is resolved.. most of the manager will help try speaking to vendors ... not money wise  but atleast ask to resolve issues asap ...so that they dont have impact

Same with A*D*E*P*T SOLNS inc..They neither respond to your calls nor emails..More than 3 months pending payments alane unnayi..Please don't work for such vendors..

+1 bhayya......actually veelu 3rd party ani submit cheyaru resumes...maa employee ani submit chestharu...consultancy vadu chusukovali...inkosari vendor tho matladi chudu....ledante mee employer vallattorney tho mataladi you can proceed for legal action
