Nen employer switch avalante em em seyali... valla ni em em adagali... plz help nak GC kuda apply sesthara ani adagala? Na experience 2 yrs masters and 2 yrs developer... FT lo nijam chepali ga?
jadugar Posted September 14, 2015 Report Posted September 14, 2015 wait till you come on h1 and get atleast 2 paystubs on h1.... then transfer to the client..... regarding GC, ask them if they would start your GC process within 6 months of joining....or atleast 1 year, since you are in first of h1..... there are some more options to join before h1 starts, but you need to let your client know of this...

But chinna company ithe, even manager involvement kuda untundi... so aa time manager ki nee consulting resume and FT resume different unnayi ani can reject you.... it all depends on how willing ur manager is... for some roles ppl will hire u even if u dont have that much of exp... but konni roles ki they really need that experience... or else FT ivvaru... even though they like ur work... alaney even GC apply cheysinappudu kuda... they consider the same thing... MS + 2 yrs exp candidate ki sponsor cheydama or else inka experienced candidate ni consider cheydama ani... so consider all these points ... mee company lo evarayina desi FT vallu untey discuss with them
