MS + 4 yrs exp on H1 2nd yr manager was impressed with work... so FT teesukuntava ani adigadu ... n frnd agreed... so official ga FT interview iyyindhi... with HR and 1 technical round ... n selected... HR asked for all the immigration docs... H1 tranfer peyttukunnaru... once they got the receipt, he joined on their pay roll... things went fine for 1 yr... appudu mavadu GC gurinchi addagatam started... n client 1 yr taravatha annadu 1st lo... but mothaniki started after 1.5 yrs... but Perm apply cheyyadaniki job ad istharu kada... adi antha HR dept chusukuntundi... so they gave the ad... and some out side ppl applied for that position... and maa vadiki pack iyyindhi... basic ga client HR received resumes with MS+ 8 yrs exp anta... mavadu mothaniki manager gadini goki goki.... HR vallaki cheyppamani... mothaniki rejected all those resumes n veedikey Perm file cheysaru... so my advice... till thatr point u will be safe only..... n aa stage lo kuda if they like u ... then they will have u only...

FT lo nijam chepali ga? nenu same situation lo unna and accepted the ft.....2 years(same client) and ft vaadi deggare.....na case lo...after btech i have 1 year gap and 1.5 year exp in cts...aa gap ki, oka hyd lo compy ki 25k ichi manage chesi and total ga 4+ years petti choopincha....and GC immediate ani pressure petta....all went good and GC started....now....vaadiki nv kavali ante...vaade ela ayyina theesukuntadu....
