I'm sure KCR is a big fan of how TN prospered after 1991, when it was set free from Delhi. Before 1991, the state lagged India in every parameter including health and education.

 

I predict Hyderabad to be the biggest business hub in India in a couple of decades, and TG to compete with Kerala on social indices.
