Lasik Eye Surgery Costs

Lasik cheyinchukundam anukuntunnanu. is there anyway we can make insurance pay for it? or how much would the surgery cost range between?  IN USA

25k rupees for both eyes in vasan eye care, begumpeta in 2011. I recommend them very highly
